At Chtouki Luxury Travel, we value transparency and fairness in our booking and refund process. This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for all of our services.
1. Reservation & Payment

To confirm a booking, clients are required to pay a confirmation deposit equal to 10% of the total package price.

The remaining balance (90%) is paid on site, directly before or on the day of the service, in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) unless otherwise specified.
2. Cancellation & Refund Rules
If you need to cancel your booking, the following conditions apply to the 10% confirmation deposit:

Full Refund (100%):
Cancellation made 72 hours (3 days) or more before the scheduled departure. -
50% Refund:
Cancellation made between 24 and 72 hours before the scheduled departure. -
No Refund (0%):
Cancellation made less than 24 hours (23 hours or less) before the scheduled departure.
3. Agency Cancellations

In the unlikely event that Chtouki Luxury Travel cancels a service, clients will receive a full refund of the deposit or may choose to reschedule at no additional cost.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
No refunds will be issued if:

The client fails to show up at the agreed time and meeting point.

The service cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect client information (e.g., wrong flight details).

The cancellation falls under the “No Refund” policy outlined above.
5. How Refunds Are Processed

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used at the time of booking (unless otherwise agreed).

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
