Welcome to Chtouki Luxury Travel. By booking a service with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any reservation.

1. General Information

• Chtouki Luxury Travel is a Moroccan travel agency specializing in luxury tours, transfers, excursions, and cultural experiences.

• These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings made through our website, email, phone, or in person.

• By confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

 

2. Services Provided

We offer:

• Private and group airport transfers.

• Excursions and day trips from major Moroccan cities.

• Multi-day tours (3-day, 7-day, custom itineraries).

• Workshops, cultural tours, and adventure packages.

3. Reservations & Payment

​

• Reservations can be made online, via phone, or directly with our agents.

• A deposit may be required at the time of booking. The balance must be paid before or on the day of service, depending on the package.

• Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit card, or cash in Moroccan dirhams (MAD).

4. Pricing

​

• All prices are quoted in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) unless otherwise stated.

• Prices include transportation, driver/guide, and services specified in the itinerary.

• Exclusions (such as meals, personal expenses, or entrance fees) will be clearly indicated.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

​

• Client Cancellation:

  • More than 3 days before departure → Full refund of deposit.

  • 3 to 1 days before departure → 50% refund of deposit.

  • Less than 24 hours before departure → Deposit is non-refundable.

​

• Agency Cancellation: In the unlikely event that Chtouki Luxury Travel cancels a service, clients will receive a full refund.

​

6. Changes to Bookings

​

• Clients may request changes (dates, itineraries) subject to availability.

• Additional charges may apply if services are rescheduled or upgraded.

7. Travel Insurance

​

• Clients are responsible for obtaining their own travel insurance.

• Chtouki Luxury Travel is not liable for loss of luggage, accidents, illness, or delays caused by external factors (weather, strikes, etc.).

8. Responsibilities

​

• Our Responsibility: We commit to providing safe, reliable, and high-quality services.

• Client Responsibility: Clients must ensure they have valid travel documents (passport, visa if required). Clients are also expected to respect Moroccan laws, customs, and guides’ instructions.

9. Liability

​

• Chtouki Luxury Travel is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or extra costs caused by natural disasters, political instability, or third-party service providers.

• Our liability is limited to the value of the service purchased.

​

10. Governing Law

​

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by Moroccan law.

• Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Morocco.
